Stunning and great location, a ferry port was very close to the hotel. There were climate control, a private safe, and multi-channel television in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that.

Every time in Benner, I choose this place. The hotel is absolutely great, it has FAST staff with post hurricane efforts.

The room was both gorgeous and perfect with comfy beds and other peoples luggage's, as example. Brand-new facilities, everything you could wish for.

The room was gorgeous and fantastic with a remodeled bathroom. The comfy beds were a great touch. Having amenities like a shower, hair dryers, and terry cloth bathrobes was a nice bonus. The location in Benner was marvelous and amazing, near the beach at Trunk Bay.

The value for our money was unbeatable, and the room was amazing! The location was perfect, right on the beach, and the staff treated us like royalty.

Great location with stunning views and super friendly staff who are always willing to help out. Plus, it's just a short 2-mile drive to Parasail Virgin Islands for some awesome adventures! 🌴

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. We spent a week there and enjoyed every moment. The room was quiet and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It felt like we were the only guests in the resort. The concierge was knowledgeable and helpful, providing us with great tips that enhanced our trip. The resort is conveniently located near other beaches and the ferry terminal to St John. The pool was beautiful and our kids had a great time with the water activities. The staff was incredible, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The front office, bellmen, housekeepers, pool/beach staff, and Coconut Cove staff were all terrific. They were warm, welcoming, and very gracious hosts. The pool and beach staff especially made our stay comfortable, providing towels and opening umbrellas. The rooms were well-equipped, and we appreciated the complimentary coffee and spices. The hotel also offered a convenient taxi service to nearby grocery stores and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton and had an amazing experience. The ocean view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, and we loved sitting on the patio, listening to the waves. The club level amenities exceeded our expectations, providing us with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff, especially the ladies in the club level, were dedicated to meeting our needs and made our trip truly memorable. We will definitely be back!
